The Role:
We are looking for a Precision Assembly Operator to carry out precision pick and join activities on aerospace components. This role requires excellent manual dexterity and experience working with small, delicate parts under a microscope. You will be responsible for preparing, assembling, inspecting and processing components while maintaining the highest standards of quality, traceability and workmanship.
Responsibilities of the role:

Carry out precision pick and join operations in line with engineering drawings, work instructions and quality requirements.

Work under microscopes and magnification equipment to prepare, assemble and inspect small components.

Prepare components for joining, brazing, welding and further assembly processes.

Complete production paperwork, inspection records and traceability documentation accurately.

Maintain a clean, organised work area and report any quality or process concerns promptly.
Skills required:

Previous experience in microscope assembly or other precision manufacturing environments.

Excellent hand skills with the ability to work on small, delicate components.

High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

Ability to follow engineering drawings, work instructions and controlled processes.

Experience with tack welding, micro-welding or inspection equipment would be advantageous.
