Ansty Park is a state‑of‑the‑art facility, and this opportunity is working as part of the core engineering Team, representing electrical engineering. In this role you will be working in the Braking Systems division of the Aerospace Group – working on key programs; collaborating with other areas of the business to design, sustain technically sound and marketable products using imaginative, thorough, and practicable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll act as a lead, providing significant expertise in designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and improving, whilst directly impacting all aspects of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing.
- Visits to local suppliers.
- Support Electronics Manufacturing communicating in a positive, calm and professional manner at all times.
- Understanding of commercially sensitive information, including how, when, and with whom to share.
- Possesses a curious mindset.
Desirable Knowledge of:
- Altium, Jira, DOORS, Matlab, LABVIEW, LTSpice, pSPICE, MS Office 365.
- Experience in working in a multi‑cultural / diverse organisation.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo.
