Responsibilities
- Maintain and support a complex HR technology environment, including a high volume of system integrations across multiple platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform code fixes and ensure system reliability and data integrity.
- Design, develop and implement PeopleSoft solutions, interfaces and integrations.
- Support ongoing system improvements and optimisation initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions across global teams.
- Provide support for IT service requests and contribute to project-based workstreams.
Qualifications
- Strong experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft.
- Proven technical expertise in:
- PeopleTools & PeopleCode
- XML, SQL / PL-SQL
- Integration Broker
- SFTP & REST APIs
- JavaScript
- Application Designer & Application Engines
- Experience developing and maintaining system integrations and interfaces.
- Good understanding of IT systems, architecture and lifecycle management.
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
