Position Summary

You will be the main contact for customer communication, handling contract updates, issues, and coordination, primarily with aerospace companies and engine suppliers, requiring accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer order book and process sales orders accurately.
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational and strategic support.
  • Assist with order strategies, complex customer requirements, raising orders, preparing quotes, and stakeholder approvals.
  • Ensure compliance, generate pro forma invoices, and manage trade compliance.
  • Coordinate deliveries with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in customer service within manufacturing, logistics, or similar sectors.
  • Stakeholder and customer-facing experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Manufacturing or aerospace background and familiarity with FARS/DFARS is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP or Workforce systems preferred but trainable.
