The Role
Join a growing team at the forefront of aerospace maintenance! We’re seeking hands-on MRO Technicians to support our expanding Safety Systems, HeatEx, and Brakes teams. This is a mechanical, precision-focused role where you’ll repair, overhaul, and assemble critical aerospace components, ensuring safety and reliability for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Work across multiple systems and components, including Safety Systems, HeatEx, and Brakes.
- Strip, clean, inspect, and assemble components according to technical drawings and manuals.
- Operate specialist tools and machinery, including welding equipment where applicable.
- Work with hydraulic, fuel, and oil systems under pressure – mechanical skills are essential.
- Complete technical documentation and access digital manuals.
- Be flexible across multiple teams and cells, helping where the workload demands.
Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical assembly, MRO, or aerospace maintenance.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Comfortable using measuring tools (micrometers, verniers, gauges, etc.)
- Hands-on, flexible, and collaborative, willing to work across multiple components and systems.
- Physically capable of performing strip, clean, and assembly work.
- IT capability – able to access manuals and complete digital records.
