Be part of a team producing world-class carbon brake components. We’re looking for a Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Coventry, supporting the production of high-performance carbon brake discs. This is a hands-on role working across multiple stages of the manufacturing process, from raw carbon material through to heat-treated finished components. If you enjoy practical work, following structured processes, and working in a safety-focused manufacturing environment, this could be a great opportunity.
Responsibilities:- Operating and monitoring high-temperature furnaces using SCADA (Delta V) systems
- Loading and unloading furnaces and carousels
- Preparing furnaces and equipment for production
- Cutting, laying up, and assembling carbon materials (manual & automated processes)
- Building and disassembling jigs and infiltration stacks
- Carrying out basic finishing tasks, including AO painting
- Supporting assembly activities on the shop floor
- Experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment
- Ability to understand layouts and technical drawings
- A hands-on, practical approach to work
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
- The ability to work independently and follow procedures
- Basic computer skills (data entry, systems, Microsoft tools)
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
