Position Summary
Job Title: Customer Account Specialist
Location: Coventry
Hours: 39hrs – Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm (8:00-3:30 on Fridays)
Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Execute the department process in accordance with Customer Experience culture standards as part of the Customer Experience Service Team.
- Manage the administration for a portfolio of customers from induction to end, including contract review, quote generation, order entry and expediting enquiries.
- Manage customer interactions via CRM system (Salesforce) and assist with CRM training across functions that impact the Customer Journey.
- Contribute to the CX team at internal meetings as necessary and provide reports to wider management with a focus on continuous improvement and business growth.
- Ensure enquiries are answered in a timely manner and the execution of duties carried out.
- Liaise with internal departments including shop floor staff, pricing, planning, stores, shipping, materials, finance and commercial.
- Provide regular assistance to produce reports to the leadership team on sales metrics, opportunities and performance for month-end reporting purposes.
- Co‑ordinate and expedite resources to successfully resolve customer enquiries.
- Assure customer (internal & external) satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the various service enquiries received.
