We are seeking a Division Operations Manager to lead operational performance and drive the Division’s success.

In this role, you will lead and develop teams focused on continuously meeting and exceeding customer expectations, while managing the profit and loss performance of all manufacturing operations within IPDE.

  • Your Responsibilities
  • Delivering 1st Quartile Operational performance through two Valve Streams.
  • Taking the Safety & Zero Defect culture to the next level.
  • Daily use of the Parker Lean System to deliver market-beating product lead times and ensure On Time Delivery exceeds the customer expectations.
  • Develop the manufacturing strategy as part of the Product Management strategy.
  • Develop and manage operating budgets within agreed financial constraints.
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams through mentoring, training, talent management, and individual development.
  • Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and results through strategy deployment and effective performance management.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven significant operations leadership experience in fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • University degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs.
  • Knowledge of product and manufacturing technologies, systems integration, and operational improvement practices.
  • Demonstrated use and results from Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
  • Commercially focused, with experience developing and executing business strategy.
