Your day-to-day
- Assemble products efficiently following established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Pick components for assembly orders, following standard work process.
- Continuously monitor and ensure all manufactured products meet the required quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards.
- Use all personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Ensure smooth shift handovers to maintain continuous and effective manufacturing operations.
- Support team development by training new operators and actively participating in problem-solving activities.
- Previous experience in an assembly or picking position is essential.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
