About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Inspector to join a small, experienced team working on aerospace components and avionics systems. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy a mix of practical inspection work and quality documentation and want to be part of a business where your sign-off directly impacts the safety and performance of aircraft equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out inspection of aerospace components (new build and repairs)
  • Working with avionics equipment such as dials, displays and altitude indicators
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical data
  • Using measuring equipment to ensure parts meet required standards
  • Completing inspection reports and quality documentation
  • Supporting customer and supplier inspections where required
  • Following strict quality and regulatory standards (e.g. aerospace compliance)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in inspection (mechanical or electrical)
  • Background in aerospace, automotive or precision manufacturing
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
  • Comfortable with paperwork and documentation
