Are you looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity to lead customer-facing projects from kickoff to close-out. You’ll take ownership of scope, schedule, cost and risk—coordinating cross-functional teams and third parties to deliver the customer outcomes safely, compliantly, on time and to budget.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead assigned projects end-to-end: define scope, objectives and deliverables; build and maintain robust project plans and schedules.
  • Manage project governance: track progress, control changes, and report clearly on schedule, cost, risks, issues and opportunities.
  • Drive financial performance: forecast cost to complete, manage variances, and actively identify mitigation and upside opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver to agreed quality, specification and compliance requirements.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, providing confident communication at all levels.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by strengthening project processes, templates and best practice across the team.

What you’ll bring (essential):

  • Proven experience delivering projects in a customer-facing environment (services, aftermarket, engineering, manufacturing or similar).
  • Strong capability in planning, risk/issue management, stakeholder management and cost control.
  • Confident communicator—able to produce clear updates, reports and presentations for varied audiences.
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills; able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and project tools (e.g., MS Project or similar).

Desirable:

  • Formal Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, APM or equivalent).
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers/contractors and commercial contract delivery.
