The Role
If you’ve worked in shipping or logistics within a manufacturing environment and enjoy making sure everything runs like clockwork, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for a detail-driven Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our Engine team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring high-value aerospace components are processed, documented, and dispatched accurately and compliantly. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a highly regulated, technical environment with full training and support from an experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and processing shipping & export documentation
- Coordinating shipments with couriers and freight partners
- Liaising with internal teams, including Quality (CNC / CMM), Dispatch, and Customer Support
- Ensuring all shipments meet strict aerospace compliance and regulatory standards
- Raising and managing paperwork to release goods for dispatch
- Maintaining accurate records, logs, and tracking data
- Supporting wider supply chain and operational activities
Qualifications
- Shipping, logistics, or dispatch within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Handling documentation and working with structured processes
- Coordinating with multiple teams to meet deadlines
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering
- Strong Excel or data-handling skills
