The SAP Project Manager is a key figure in our team; working on migrating legacy ERPs to SAP across the Aerospace Group. They will manage the complete project lifecycle from Discovery & Design through to User Acceptance Testing, Cutover and Go Live - helping each site realise the benefits of a single ERP across Division and Group. There will also be smaller, distinct SAP optimisation projects which they will own, working with the hugely-experienced in-house SAP team and our trusted partners. No two days will be the same and allow you to make a tangible impact to the Aerospace business.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with the major stakeholder groups and the Project Board (includes presentations and recommendations for decisions). This aspect of the job requires skilled relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Perform budgeting, planning, scheduling, and financial management.
- Manage the resources required for a project and follow-through with actuals such as spending and labour (time tracking). Orchestrate the work of the entire project team.
- Prepare presentations, plans, and project artefacts to communicate IT project information. Act as facilitator for constructive meetings related to a project.
- Guide and support the communications and organizational change management.
- Work with IT service transition colleagues, user representative(s), business process owners, and others to ensure effective change.

- Proven deep experience of SAP Pm implementation; ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Degree qualified.
