Position Summary

Location: Coventry, Ansty Park

Hours: Mon‑Thurs, (08:00‑16:30) Fri, (08:00‑15:30)

Duration: Permanent

The Role: Be the voice of the customer in a global aerospace business. We’re looking for a Customer Account Representative to join a small, high‑performing team at our Ansty Park site. This is a role where you don’t just process orders, you own the customer experience end‑to‑end, acting as the key link between customers and internal operations. Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer orders from start to finish
  • Providing regular order updates and clear communication to customers
  • Running customer meetings and maintaining strong relationships
  • Coordinating with internal teams, including supply chain, planning, operations, and finance
  • Supporting forecasting and demand planning with customer insight
  • Keeping accurate records and updates through Salesforce and SAP
