Parker Aerospace, part of the Parker Hannifin corporation, a global Fortune 250 company, is a leader in the research, design, integration, manufacture, certification, and lifetime service of systems and components for aerospace and other high-technology markets. We support the world's aircraft and aero engine manufacturers, providing a century of experience and innovation for commercial and military aircraft.
The role of MRO Aerospace Business Development Manager for the EMEA region is now open due to internal progression. This role offers a warm seat in a fast growing sector of Aerospace as demand grows from some of Europe's largest aerospace customers. The role can be based in any of our Parker Offices throughout EMEA and is a pivotal role for directing and generating business opportunities with our major customers.

Your day-to-day:
- Support proposal and contract development, including managing mid-term renegotiations and contract strategies.
- Create and execute international business development plans to drive European customer growth, building strong internal/external customer networks.
- Identify and coordinate cross-division teaming and external partnerships/alliances to win new business.
- Lead "go-to-market" and business capture strategies informed by competitive research, market intelligence, and Parker differentiators.
- Act as the primary customer liaison to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction across cost, quality, delivery, and performance-aligning with marketing, technology, and operations for rapid solutions.
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will hold a degree ideally in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A candidate with several years' experience selling MRO services to commercial airlines and manufacturers. A candidate with well established contacts and a professional and driven approach.
