Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner for our Aerospace Group will be based within our Ansty site reporting into the Site HR Lead and will provide a high quality service to the business for the area they support. The HRBP will partner with people leaders on a range of items including colleague engagement, attendance management, development & succession, performance management and discipline & grievance.
- Provide HR advice and support on a wide range of strategic and operational HR issues to the relevant stakeholders and more widely across the business when required.
- Provide advice on HR policies, remuneration, working hours, terms & conditions of employment, procedures and best practices.
- Facilitate the management of disciplinary and employment law related situations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, analysing data as required
- Assist with the coordination of effective goal setting, review of performance and bonus/merit/pay adjustment processes.
- Coordinate the management of recognition or reward programs.
- Support managers in performance management process to improve performance at both individual and departmental level
- Support the recruitment process with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team.

Your day-to-day

- Drive site colleague engagement initiatives
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, analysing data as required
- Assist with the coordination of effective goal setting, review of performance and bonus/merit/pay adjustment processes.
- Coordinate the management of recognition or reward programs.
- Support managers in performance management process to improve performance at both individual and departmental level
- Support the recruitment process with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team.
Who We Are Looking For
- Demonstrate good HR experience in a large manufacturing / engineering environment
- Experience in delivering projects within a trade unionised environment
- Appropriate case management at all disciplinary stages, up to and including ET’s and all associated legal activities.
- Experience of developing partnerships with senior stakeholders and HR team across various locations.
- Extensive experience of managing complex employee relations issues and casework.
