Our client is a leading security systems integrator based in Manchester, and they are looking for a security systems engineer who is looking to step up to a project manager role. What will your role involve?
As a junior security systems project manager, your primary role is to help manage and deliver innovative projects for clients. You will have the responsibility of maintaining high project standards throughout all stages, from planning and set‑up to implementation and delivery of the project, with an experienced project manager on hand to help guide you and ensure that you have the support to fulfil your potential. Your daily tasks will include customer meetings, planning projects and organising the work planner; supporting your team; and ensuring development and progression on a day‑to‑day basis. They would also like someone who still likes to get involved in projects when the need arises.
Who is the client looking for?
You will have experience in the following areas:
- Electronic Security Systems Experience (3 years minimum)
- Experience with Avigilon, CCURE, Gallagher, Tyco & Milestone would be ideal
- Experience running small projects and wanting to get stuck into larger projects
- Excellent communication and management skills with the ability to translate relevant information and actionsSomeone able to communicate across all levels
- Help commission work as per NSI standards and Clarion procedures
Practical requirements
- Living in, or close to, Manchester
- You must be eligible to work in the UK.
