We are looking for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Romsey Wills, Probate and Estate Planning department. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark in an established and rapidly expanding team.
The candidate:
- Experience handling a variety of Wills and Probate matters; flexibility on experience level due to our established team;
- Knowledge of the Romsey market, with networking and business development skills being advantageous;
- A team player enthusiastic about working with our Romsey team to enhance client offerings;
- STEP Qualification or a commitment to obtain it is desirable.
The role:
- Work as part of the Wills, Probate and Estate Planning Team, which includes 3 partners and 7 fee-earners;
- Manage your own caseload primarily involving Wills and Probate, with opportunities to gain exposure to Trusts, Court of Protection, and Estate Planning, with supervision as needed;
- Work independently with support from an established team;
- Contribute to developing the firm's profile and uphold PB’s values.
