We are looking for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Romsey Wills, Probate and Estate Planning department. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark in an established and rapidly expanding team.

The candidate

• Experience handling a variety of Wills and Probate matters; flexibility on experience level due to our established team;
• Knowledge of the Romsey market, with networking and business development skills being advantageous;
• A team player enthusiastic about working with our Romsey team to enhance client offerings; and
• STEP Qualification or a commitment to obtain it is desirable.

The role

• Work as part of the Wills, Probate and Estate Planning Team, which includes 3 partners and 7 fee-earners;
• Manage your own caseload primarily involving Wills and Probate, with opportunities to gain exposure to Trusts, Court of Protection, and Estate Planning, with supervision as needed;
• Work independently with support from an established team; and
• Contribute to developing the firm\’s profile and uphold PB’s values.
