An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Wills, Probate and Estate Planning department for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the team. Our Wills, Probate and Estate Planning department has seen forward-thinking developments with the introduction of a new onboarding role, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
The Role
- Advise clients on all aspects of Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters;
- Manage your own caseload from instruction to completion;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, working alongside the Parker Bullen Promise;
- Have a good sense of commercial awareness in understanding the financial and legal implications for clients;
- Meet time recording and revenue targets.
The Candidate
- The ability to build and maintain your own caseload;
- A good level of experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters with supervision and assistance on more complex matters;
- Willing and able to attend the office at least 3 days a week;
- Participation in marketing activities, networking, and business development.
The right candidate will be a team player with an enthusiasm to help grow the department further.
