We are looking for a Senior Risk & Compliance Officer to join our growing Compliance team in Salisbury.
The Role
- Working in both risk and compliance within the legal profession;
- AML legislation, advisory and escalation;
- Guidance and regulatory knowledge – SRA (professional ethics), LSAG and Law Society, CQS, ICO;
- Risk Assessment and auditing; reporting and recommendation;
- Policy, guidance and framework drafting;
- Training;
- SOF and SOW;
- Data Protection (GDPR) and AI;
- An eye for detail and an understanding of law practice, business operations & risk.
