We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join us in a hybrid role between our Onboarding and Residential Property team.

The role

The duties in this role will include the following;

• Providing general administrative support to the Onboarding and Residential Property team;
• Answering and making calls to clients;
• Digital dictation; and

The candidate

The ideal candidate will;

• Have some experience working in an office environment;
• Attention to detail, with good spelling and grammar;
• Polite and professional client care skills;
• Good organisational skills;
• Competence with Office software; and
• A background in sales is desirable but not essential.
