- Experience of reception duties;
- IT literate;
The role
- Covering reception;
- Meeting and greeting clients;
- Diarising meetings;
- Arranging for cheques to be signed;
- Franking post;
- File request/retrieval/returns;
- Deed request/retrieval;
- Logging new Deeds/LPA’s/Wills;
- Updating & creating index cards;
- Updating records on Partner;
- Giving out requests/retrieval files;
- Stationery management;
