The candidate

  • Excellent communication at all levels;
  • Energetic and amiable personality;
  • Professional telephone manner;
  • Experience of reception duties;
  • IT literate;

The role

  • Covering reception;
  • Meeting and greeting clients;
  • Diarising meetings;
  • Arranging for cheques to be signed;
  • Franking post;
  • File request/retrieval/returns;
  • Deed request/retrieval;
  • Logging new Deeds/LPA’s/Wills;
  • Updating & creating index cards;
  • Updating records on Partner;
  • Giving out requests/retrieval files;
  • Stationery management;
