We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Team in the Salisbury office.
The role will consist of the following duties:
- Regulatory monitoring
- Compliance mapping
- Workflows
- Know your client (KYC)
- Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
- Use of KYC platforms
- Ongoing monitoring
- Business structures to include limited companies and trusts
- Politically Exposed Persons (PEP)
- Sanctions screening
- Source of Funds and Source of Wealth
- Regulation applicable to Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
The candidate will have the following skills:
- Good general knowledge of personal finances regarding SOF / SOW
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team with high volume transactions
- High degree of confidentiality
- Experience of case management systems, Microsoft Word and Excel
- A background in law and specifically property transactions is an advantage
- Good interpretation of policy and regulatory guidance
