We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Commercial Property team in Salisbury. We are open to full-time or part-time applicants.

The candidate

• Proven experience managing a full caseload of commercial property matters;
• Expertise in the sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties, with or without vacant possession;
• Solid knowledge of landlord and tenant issues;
• Experience in property development transactions, land promotion, options, conditional contracts, and overage;
• Experience acting for lenders and pension schemes in property transactions;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to build strong working relationships and work collaboratively;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
