We are looking for a Client On-Boarding Assistant, who has experience in a Property law background, to join our Compliance Team in either Andover, Romsey or Salisbury.
The role
- Assisting with client identification and transaction funding reviews;
- Assisting clients and legal advisors with the client identification system process;
- Assisting legal advisors with verifying source of funds in property transactions.
The candidate
- A background in law and specifically property transactions is an advantage;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team with high volume transactions;
- High degree of confidentiality;
- Experience of case management systems, Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Good interpretation of policy and regulatory guidance.
