Based at our state-of-the-art facility in Ansty Park, Coventry, Parker Aerospace is seeking an experienced BD Aftermarket leader. Serving as the key point of leadership engagement and day-to-day alignment across the Finance, Pricing, Contracts, and Customer Experience (CX) functions, you will lead a Key Account team to increase market share and retain existing commercial aftermarket customers with sales in the EMEA region.
If you have a proven track record in aftermarket business development, commercial strategy, or regional growth leadership, have a strong understanding of aftermarket dynamics: parts, service, installed base, lifecycle management, channel models, and pricing, and a demonstrated ability to influence without authority across cultures and matrix organizations, then we offer a warm seat in a fast growing sector with rewards to match.
