We're a purpose-driven organisation with a strong sense of identity and values — and we're looking for a talented Learning Development Co-ordinator to join our HR team. This is a genuinely rewarding role where your work will have real impact, shaping the skills, confidence and careers of colleagues across multiple UK sites.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be the engine behind our L&D activity — from induction programmes and compliance training to career development initiatives and external partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and managing induction plans for all new starters, from day one through to successful completion of probation.
- Working with managers to identify, prioritise and address training needs across the business.
- Arranging in-house and external training — including compliance, business-wide and individually tailored programmes.
- Delivering and adapting training content to suit different learning styles.
- Design, develop and evaluate learner-focused training materials, guides, workshops and learning interventions that improve business performance.
- Sourcing external suppliers and negotiating terms.
