Our client is a reputable organisation with exciting growth plans. They have a new permanent opportunity in their Accounts team for a Finance Assistant. Reporting into the Finance Controller, typical tasks will be to: Manage accounts receivable and payable. Support month end process – reconciliation, invoicing clients etc. Review and process expenses (associates and employees). Maintain reports using company software. Assist in the logging and payment of invoices. Help maintain client project financials. Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports. Create, send, and follow up on sales invoices. Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets. Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct. Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients. Support payroll submission as required. Answer questions and provide assistance to Exec, team members, and clients as needed. Attend finance department and company-wide meetings, sometimes assisting with financial reporting to managers and senior executives. Candidates that apply must have previous accounting experience.
