Our client is a highly reputable organisation with multiple stunning sites across the country. They have a new requirement at their Bordon site for a Park Manager.
Reporting into the MD, the core responsibilities will be to:
- Daily overseeing and motivation of a small team, to ensure the smooth running on the site.
- Drive brand awareness in the local community.
- Champion customer experience excellence.
- Account manage and partner growth with existing referrers.
- Identify and secure new local partnerships.
- Ensure the park meets and ideally exceeds set targets.
- Report regularly to group on current performance, pipeline activity and account growth.
- Monitor set KPIs.
This role would suit someone that has experience at a supervisory level within the hospitality, retail or service-led sectors. You must be commercially minded, with proven success in account management, customer relationship growth and comfortable working to targets. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, with an empathetic mindset, with the ability to lead and influence.
The company are offering a base salary of 30-32k (depending on experience) plus performance related bonuses. There is a comprehensive benefits package on offer and the role will be predominantly based onsite with some occasional travel. Parking onsite is free.
