The Role
As the first point of contact for all internal IT support, you'll play a vital role in keeping a high-performance organisation running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware across computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues with confidence and efficiency
- Repairing and replacing damaged components as needed
- Ensuring security across client and server machines through antivirus and firewall management
- Supporting colleagues when they encounter technical challenges
- Testing new hardware and software ahead of full-scale rollouts
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date technical documentation
About You
You'll bring a solid IT foundation, a calm problem-solving approach, and genuine enthusiasm for technology. We're looking for:
- 2+ years' IT support experience in a professional environment
- Good working knowledge of IT applications and infrastructure
