Overview
Our client, a well-established and growing accountancy firm, are seeking an Audit Senior to join their growing audit division in Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities
- Working alongside Managers and Partner-level team members on audit engagements.
- Leading audits with team members in a timely manner delivering planning, fieldwork and completion.
- Advising clients on audit matters in conjunction with Partners, confidently communicating with client staff members including Directors and CFO’s.
- Managing the audit requirements for a growing portfolio of clients.
- Building relationships with existing and new clients to support the firm’s growth and success. Supporting audit tenders for new business
- Developing and leading a team of junior members.
The Person
With a demonstrable history of working in audit and leading engagements for a variety of clients, you will be a good communicator and someone who has a passion for audit with the desire to progress. The growing nature of our audit portfolio means this role suits someone looking to advance quickly and develop with the firm.
You will be ACA or ACCA qualified or working towards ACCA qualification, with full UK working rights. In return our client offers a salary of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience, and can offer flexible hybrid working arrangements – 2 days a week in the office, and enhanced benefits.
