Are you ready to lead the heartbeat of our park operations? At Parkdean Resorts, we’re looking for an Administration Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From finance and compliance to recruitment and guest services, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our park efficient, safe, and guest-focused.

What you will be doing...

  • Oversee financial processes including banking, purchase ledger, reconciliations, payroll support, and debt control.
  • Maintain health & safety systems and ensure compliance documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Manage data protection processes in line with GDPR legislation.
  • Support Holiday Homeowner accounts, ensuring services are billed correctly and documentation is current.
  • Drive seasonal recruitment plans, from advertising roles to onboarding new starters.
  • Act as the central hub for administrative expertise across the park.
  • Analyse data to improve processes and controls.

About you...

  • Experience managing financial and administrative processes (payroll, credit control, purchase ledger).
  • Strong IT skills, including Sage and Microsoft Office.
  • A collaborative leader who communicates clearly and reflects our company values.
