Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer appointments, park tours, and handovers
  • Act as a key contact for customer queries and ensure timely responses
  • Maintain accurate documentation, CRM records, and stock listings
  • Analyse sales data and gather feedback to improve performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safeguarding, and health & safety
