What you will be doing… Represent the guest experience, using feedback to improve service and drive performance Maintain a positive attitude, ensuring all guest inquiries, including phone calls, are handled promptly and professionally. Keep all admin tasks up to date, including bookings, cash reconciliation, arrivals, and filing. Understand guest needs to identify and capitalise on opportunities that drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.
