Part time 20 hours per week (weekends and evenings - up to 10.30pm) at Southview Hotel.

What you will be doing...

  • Represent the guest experience, using feedback to improve service and drive performance.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, ensuring all guest inquiries, including phone calls, are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Keep all admin tasks up to date, including bookings, cash reconciliation, arrivals, and filing.
  • Understand guest needs to identify and capitalise on opportunities that drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.
