Parkdean Resorts is seeking an inspirational Security Manager to lead our park security team and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests across our UK parks. You will recruit, train and develop your team, oversee day-to-day security operations, manage incidents and investigations, and maintain CCTV and security technology while working closely with local authorities and management to promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
