What you will be doing…
Our managers are smooth operators and great role models, providing a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. This means:
- Being an ambassador of our company values, you will nurture and develop a positive work culture resulting in high performing and engaged teams.
- Ensuring that your hotel is fully compliant with all legal, health and safety and GDPR regulations.
- Managing all financial aspects of the park hotel including all sales revenue generating streams, profit margins, budgets, wage costs, and controllable expenses to ensure the hotel can achieve its annual financial target.
- Working closely with the central People Team to recruit, develop and motivate your Head of Departments to maximise team efficiency.
- Holding weekly Head of Department meetings, weekly 1:1 meetings, and monthly Health & Safety meetings to ensure your teams are working collaboratively within your business strategy and within compliance standards.
- Identifying and implementing strategies to maximize sales and to achieve agreed gross profit margins.
- Working with every Head of Department to develop and deliver a business plan for their department, to include performance targets, control measures and reporting to ensure positive outcomes.
- Analysing competitors and market trends to provide accurate forecasting.
