Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Deputy Hotel Manager to support the Hotel Manager in delivering outstanding operations, service excellence and commercial performance across our UK hotels. You will provide visible leadership, work with department heads and deputise during absences, ensuring teams are well trained, resourced and focused on guest satisfaction.
In this role you will drive high performance, support recruitment and development, manage budgets and payroll, and maintain health and safety.
