Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience
- Answer phone calls and emails, addressing guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide guests with information about the park, local attractions, and Christmas events
- Handle reservations, bookings, and cancellations efficiently
- Ensure all guest queries and requests are dealt with promptly and to a high standard
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
- Support the wider team in delivering a first-class customer experience during the festive season
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable (hospitality or reception experience a bonus)
