To be successful in this role, you must be prepared to work during peak times, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

What you will be doing...
- Spearhead and inspire your team to exceed targets and make customers feel amazing every step of the way.
- Plan creative marketing campaigns and keep on top of seasonal trends, contributing to strategic plans for shows and events.
- Answer questions, show people around, offer funding options, and make sure handovers and after-sales care are outstanding.
- Use sales stats to find what’s working (and what’s not) to help the team keep smashing it.
- Manage stock, marketing, and the day-to-day stuff to keep things running smoothly.
- Stay safe and help keep everyone - customers, team, and visitors - happy and protected.
