We celebrate our people, communities and natural environment, enabling us to enhance the amazing memories we create for many years to come.  What you will be doing…  Overseeing all electrical maintenance, repairs, and installation works across the park. Supervising and motivating the electrical team, providing training, guidance, and support.  Carrying out regular inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.  Working closely with the Maintenance Manager and other departments to plan and prioritise tasks. Responding to electrical faults and emergencies promptly, keeping downtime to a minimum. Maintaining accurate records of works completed, materials used, and safety checks.  Skills we’re looking for…  Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role. Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and safe systems of work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Friendly, approachable, and great at building relationships with colleagues and guests alike. Organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering high standards Full UK driving licence.  Parkdean Resorts is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
