What you will be doing... As our Creative Artworker, you'll collaborate closely with the wider Marketing, Creative and Online teams to produce high-quality, on-brand creative that effectively communicates brand and campaign messages, engages our target audiences and drives business objectives. The role involves:
- Developing and translating creative concepts into assets that stand out across digital, print, and other marketing channels.
- Developing and executing design projects from concept to delivery ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Producing graphic assets for a wide range of channels and media including – on-park POS, signage, social media, email campaigns, digital marketing, and the website.
- Working closely with copywriters, photographers, videographers, and online teams to create visually appealing and cohesive campaigns.
- Staying up to date with design trends, best practice, and competitor analysis to continuously improve skills and keep ahead of industry standards.
- Maintaining and developing processes, ensuring effective management of workflow to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies/suppliers.
Some of the skills we’re looking for:
- Graphic Design related degree.
- Previous creative artworking or design experience.
- Outstanding organisational, planning and presenting skills.
- Strong technical experience working end to end from creative concept to delivery.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite programmes, including Photoshop, Illustrator and inDesign.
- Experience of print and print production processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining high-quality and accurate outputs.
- Creative flair with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
