Help us create an unforgettable ownership experience! We’re looking for a friendly, organised and people‑focused Owner Experience Assistant to support our holiday homeowners and ensure every interaction feels personal, professional and memorable. As an Owner Experience Assistant, you’ll be a key member of the Owner Experience team—supporting the full owner journey from day‑to‑day enquiries to community‑building events. You’ll ensure owners feel valued, listened to and supported, helping make their time on the park as enjoyable and stress‑free as possible. You’ll work closely with your manager and the wider team to deliver first‑class service, accurate administration, and a warm, welcoming environment.

What you will be doing…

  • Act as the first point of contact for owners across face‑to‑face, phone and email enquiries.
  • Handle all queries efficiently, accurately and professionally.
  • Provide warm, friendly support that helps every owner feel valued and respected.
  • Be the voice of our owners – gathering feedback, spotting themes and helping shape improvements.
  • Support written communications, updates and messages to owners when required.
  • Work collaboratively with park teams to ensure a smooth, joined‑up experience.
  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of owner events such as forums, drop‑ins and social activities.
  • Help create a sense of community and belonging on park, ensuring events run smoothly and owners feel engaged.

About you…

  • Experience in a customer‑facing or administrative role.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent service – ideally in leisure, hospitality or similar.
  • Strong IT skills with confidence using multiple systems at once.
  • Friendly, professional communication skills across all channels.
  • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays where needed.
