If you’re passionate about food and ready to support the creation of dishes our guests will love, this is the perfect role to develop your skills and thrive in a supportive, hands‑on setting.

What you will be doing:

  • Preparing and presenting dishes to company specifications, maintaining excellent standards of cookery and service.
  • Keeping your section and the wider kitchen clean, tidy, and hygienic throughout service.
  • Checking and recording food temperatures accurately, following company processes.
  • Completing food prep before and during service, and restocking as needed.
  • Supporting portion control and minimising food waste to help maximise profit.
  • Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries safely, following stock rotation and food safety guidelines.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with the whole kitchen team to support a positive working environment.
