At Parkdean Resorts, we’re looking for a confident and energetic Bar Supervisor to support the Bar Manager and lead our team in delivering unforgettable guest experiences across our vibrant on‑park venues. As a Bar Supervisor, you’ll help ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the bar, leading from the front on the floor. You’ll set the standard for exceptional service, support your team’s development, and play a key role in driving sales and maintaining a welcoming, high‑quality environment for all our guests.
What you will be doing...
- Leading and supervising the bar team to deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
- Supporting the Bar Manager with stock control, including stock takes and accurate reporting.
- Coaching, motivating, and offering feedback to your team to boost performance and efficiency.
- Assisting with rota planning in line with business needs and budget requirements.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across the bar area.
- Collaborating with the kitchen, restaurant, and wider operational teams to ensure smooth service.
- Acting as the first point of contact for guest queries or complaints, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
