Shift Patterns: 5 day week: 4 Mid-week shifts 9-5, Saturdays 9-5.

What you will be doing:

  • Team up with the Administration Manager to handle invoicing and keep finance processes running smoothly.
  • Support in keeping employee records in check, using our HR system to stay organised and up to date.
  • Track and maintain training records to ensure everyone’s skills are sharp and ready.
  • Help bring the seasonal recruitment plan to life, from coordination to delivery.
  • Work with suppliers to iron out any hiccups and keep things running seamlessly.
  • Update accounts for Holiday Homeowners, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.
