Join us as our new Accommodation Manager at Lower Hyde Holiday Park, where you’ll lead, motivate, and coordinate our dedicated team to uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.

In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure every accommodation type delivers an outstanding guest experience, helping us create a welcoming and memorable stay for all.

What you will be doing...

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training members of the Accommodation team.
  • Creating a positive team culture that consistently delivers high standards.
  • Implementing an effective team structure, delegating roles, and setting clear responsibilities.
  • Providing ongoing coaching, on-the-job training, 1-2-1s, and development plans.
  • Driving team engagement, motivation, and recognition.
  • Overseeing daily cleaning operations across all accommodation types.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet required standards.
  • Creating and executing rolling plans to support consistent operational performance.
  • Analysing data and monitoring team and unit performance to produce weekly action plans, implementing improvements where needed
  • Working closely with Maintenance and Guest Experience teams to coordinate check-ins, repairs, and special requests

About you...

  • Previous experience managing teams.
  • The ability and knowledge to coordinate complex daily business operations.
  • Experience with forecasting labour and resource planning skills.
  • A leadership style that inspires, supports, and brings out the best in diverse teams.
  • The ability to access accommodation to perform checks and deliver hands‑on cleaning services as required, performing physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods of time.
  • The flexibility to be able to work across varied days including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required.
  • Confident using standard IT systems and applications.
  • A full UK driving licence.
