What you will be doing...

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors and administrators
  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to maximise lead generation and social media engagement
  • Drive sales performance through coaching, training, and regular 1‑2‑1s
  • Manage stock and ensure accurate marketing across all channels
  • Support customers from enquiry to handover, including finance options and after‑sales care
  • Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and exceed targets
