What you will be doing...
- Represent the guest experience, using feedback to improve service and drive performance.
- Maintain a positive attitude, ensuring all guest inquiries, including phone calls, are handled promptly and professionally.
- Keep all admin tasks up to date, including bookings, cash reconciliation, arrivals, and filing.
- Understand guest needs to identify and capitalise on opportunities that drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.
